My Love for Tea-Sipping Blooming Lotus Tea
During lunch breaks, I love to enjoy the aroma and warmth of coffee, but when it comes to evening time, nothing can top a cup of tea for me! A warm cup of lotus tea is like a kind hug, there is nothing sweet like wrapping my hands around a soothing cup of tea and falling into the softness of my couch after a long . . . . long hectic day. I am a little tea obsessed, in fact, ask me if I would choose tea or coffee and honestly, it’s like asking me to choose a favorite child.
I am sort of a tea addict. I structure my day by cups of tea.

There is just something so soothing about tea. Recalling childhood memories…My Grandma used to brew warm milky tea for us served with Teddy Bear biscuits. It was a precious time. Childhood is amazing with tea… No worries, no workloads!!! It is funny how often lovely moments that comfort us as an adult can be traced back to a time in our past.
If you carry your childhood with you, you never become older.

Love for Black Tea
Now I love to brew black tea with no additives, but still, tea brings me comfort. I find it so relaxing that it has become part of my nightly pre-bedtime routine. There is rarely a night that goes by where I don’t have a cup of tea before bed.
For me, tea is soothing, relaxing and the ultimate stress reliever. For instance, I love the aesthetic view of the blooming of flowers in hot water. This truly fascinates me and works great for me. Looking the water goes into the pot and the magical opening of flowers is just amazing, isn’t it? Yes, I have a huge collection of teas to enjoy lovely moments.
I say let the world go to hell, but I should always have my tea.
Fyodor Dostoevsky
My hubby usually makes the tea for me. It’s a nice moment to come out after tucking our little one into bed and just sit with him and enjoy each other’s company. (Admittedly we do get interrupted by her many times, but still, we love those moments).
Relaxing Tea and a Little “me time”
How to soothe your mind and body after a long and busy day? Whether it is with a cup of blooming lotus tea, a bath, or a great book, just allow yourself to unplug from your phone or computer and give yourself a little ‘me time’.
All true tea lovers not only like their tea strong but like it a little stronger with each year that passes.
George Orwell
In short, tea awakens the mind, helps us to stay alert after a long tiring day. It also tames the train of thoughts that are usually going through all our heads when we have a lot going on.
Drinking tea for health is not enough for you? Here’s a little secret!!! Why not use it as an ingredient in beauty products to reap the benefits of its anti-aging, and anti-inflammatory properties.
