Best remedy to restore energy
Oolong Tea For Relieving Stress

Perhaps you also have responsibilities at home that require your attention – cooking, cleaning, and looking after the kids. Maybe you try to fix your next day’s workloads by working into the night?

Following this routine can have a serious impact on your physical and mental health as your body continues to expend energy.

Such a hectic routine, am I right? How to get relaxed and back in routine after such a hectic routine? Life is not about making money…It’s about joy, fun-loving routine and much more.

Can money buy happiness? Of course not. Apply all efforts that help you calm your anxious mind.

Here, in my opinion, tea is one of the best things that helps us to restore our energy and keeps us going on. I always prefer Oolong Tea in such horrible situations.

Oolong tea is a healthy beverage composed of partially fermented tea leaves. It has a distinctive mellow flavor. Chinese oolong is older than Formosan oolong.

Tea leaves have a natural chemical compound called catechins, which belongs to the flavonoids family. Fermentation changes the nature of the catechins, which alters the physiological effects of tea drinking.

Anti-Allergic Benefit

Modern science has discovered that oolong tea may also offer unique anti-allergic benefits.

A laboratory study showed the catechins found in oolong tea inhibit allergic reactions in rats and were more potent than those found in green tea.

A clinical trial in Japan showed people consumed oolong tea to drink for six months to cure allergic eczema. Majority of the people in the study experienced satisfactory improvement in eczema within one month, with evident benefits after one to two weeks. A magical tea for healthy skin, Agreed?

How to Brew Oolong Tea

Use 10 grams of tea leaves, equivalent to about 3 teaspoons of dried leaves or four tea bags. Meanwhile, brew tea in boiling water for five minutes. According to the Japanese Study, consume 3-4 cups of tea a day for a healthy lifestyle.

To ensure that your tea has a high level of catechins extracted from the leaves, then brew the tea in boiling water for five minutes. If the tea is too strong, dilute it with filtered hot water to the preferred concentration.

To lessen the quantity of caffeine in your tea, steep the tea leaves in hot water for 20-30 seconds and then discards the water. Then add fresh water and boil for five minutes. Most of the caffeine compound removed in the discarded water. Finally, the catechins compounds will remain in your tea.

Of course, your health is wrapped up in your lifestyle, so even if you drink tea all day long, you also need to take care of yourself in other ways, like no smoking, being active, and eating a healthy diet.

Note: Don’t take oolong tea if you are tea-allergic. To sum up, you may use plain hot water as a beverage- a common beverage in Japan and China.
