Peppermint Tea For Healthy Traveling

We all know that when we are traveling we can be tempted to eat a lot of new types of food, maybe food we never had before. It is ok to do that, we all do, but this will also give you the “I had too much to eat” feeling.

Anytime this happens to me, my quick remedy is a freshly brewed cup of mint tea. It helps a lot with easing the digestion and it certainly has a lot of other benefits as well.

Chamomile Tea-Best Traveling Companion

For those moments when you just need a bit of calm in your day, chamomile tea can be a good companion. We do a lot of things while we are traveling but from time to time we could also use a break.

Chamomile tea has some extra benefits for you, which could be very useful while you are traveling. It can be very refreshing to drink and spray it your skin after a long day in the sun. It reduces inflammation and helps to relieve headaches and migraines – we surely don’t want those during our travels, right?

BEST WAY TO TEA ON THE GO

Truthfully, if you’re traveling to a tea drinking country, chances are you may find some excellent teas to try. On the flip side, my travel schedule last year took me to Beitou where they usually serve oolong tea after hot spring.

During our stay in Taiwan, we decided to take a day trip to Beitou, enjoy oolong tea after hot spring, and then, of course, eat some food. One of the most relaxing things to do anywhere, is sit in a natural hot spring, Sounds amazing?

Ah, Beitou…So many wonderful hot springs, so little time. One of the precious gifts that earth has given to us, Agreed? And I loved the atmosphere. I closed my eyes, drink oolong tea, and felt as though I was in Beitou.

What is your favorite type of tea? Have you tried any of blooming lotus teas?
